Fair Use Policy
Podcast FM is hosted in a shared environment. As such, use of disproportionate resources by one publisher may, in extreme cases, have a negative impact on the service we are able to provide to other publishers.
If Podcast FM believes this to be the case, we will contact the publisher in question and attempt to find a solution, including, but not limited to, help in compressing or streamlining the publisher's podcasts, migration to a higher plan, or, in the last option, imposition of download limits.
Podcast FM wishes to provide unlimited download bandwidth to all our publishers. We will not contravene this desire except in extreme cases and only in order to provide the best possible service to other publishers.
